Noyce Insurance Solutions is a start-up commercial broker currently employing
3 people. Tom Noyce was formerly a Director at Stuart Alexander before
electing to start-up his own business in January 2003.
Plug In and Go
“The important thing for me”, says Tom Noyce, “was to
have a system that was ready to go on Day 1, and Acturis provided me with
such a system. As a start-up business you cannot afford downtime and resource
to spend months configuring and building a system. With Acturis, I use
the central server via a broadband connection, avoiding the cost and hassle
of a local IT infrastructure. In addition the setup and configuration
is all done by Acturis, with our input, before we went live. We simply
switched on our system on 2nd January and we were away!”
Training and Support
Tom Noyce added, “The training and support has been fantastic. With
some of the large brokers Acturis deal with I was a bit worried we would
be neglected – nothing could be further from the truth. We are represented
on the Acturis User Group and our voice is listened to along with all
the other brokers live on the system. The Acturis helpdesk is also fantastic
– very responsive and a pleasure to deal with.”
Business Focus

looking after the needs of our customers”, concludes Tom Noyce.

our broker IT to the experts who know what they are doing. This enables
us to spend all our time developing and servicing clients, rather than

for a small, resource constrained business such as ours.”
