Royal & SunAlliance and Acturis - live with imarket integration

Royal & SunAlliance is live with it’s first imarket integrated product, Enterprise Shops, in partnership with Acturis.

Simon Cooter, Director and Small Business and e-Business, stated “We are delighted to be partnering with Acturis to deliver our first integrated product. This is a significant step forward and one that addresses the key concern of our brokers – that of re-keying information across multiple systems.

The delivery of Enterprise Shop through imarket allows Royal & SunAlliance to offer a complete and integrated service, truly flexible to the needs of our customers.”

Theo Duchen, co-CEO of Acturis, added “Extending our product range to include Royal & SunAlliance is a significant step forward in the imarket project, giving Acturis users access to an increasingly broad panel of shops quotations. The high quality of the R&SA product and its features is an exciting indication of things to come.”

Imarket integration enables brokers to obtain an immediate Enterprise Shops quotation from their Acturis system, with the added flexibility of placing the business directly on cover. In most cases brokers will receive an immediate quotation, cases that cannot be with by Straight Through Processing will be passed to our Enterprise centres providing the additional support of our experienced Underwriters.

All policy documents for imarket business are available on the Royal & SunAlliance Business Partner Extranet, www.royalsunconnect.co.uk, which can be accessed via the imarket portal.

"imarket is delighted that Royal & SunAlliance have joined the growing
panel of insurers offering integrated products via the imarket
infrastructure." said Peter Knowles Strategy & Marketing Director of
Polaris UK Ltd , he added " This quality new development reinforces the
building momentum behind the imarket initiative."
