Giles Insurance Brokers fully live on Acturis

Over the months of September and October 2004, all 240 members of Giles commercial broking staff across 17 offices have successfully transitioned onto the Acturis Broker Platform.

The go-live process involved configuring the system for the specific needs of Giles Insurance Brokers, training all 240 members of staff and migrating data across from 6 different legacy systems.

From an initial decision and project kick-off in April 2004, the entire commercial team has been made fully operational over the course of 6 months, and is now using Acturis as its sole means of transacting business.

Chris Giles, Chief Executive Officer at Giles Insurance Brokers, comments, "Commercial Insurance accounts for 85% of our business stream and we recognised that we needed to consolidate our various legacy systems into one integrated solution.
