The Company

The Position

As a Support Analyst at Acturis you will develop your customer service, technology and business skills:

  • Supporting existing customers through issue resolution, problem solving and communication
  • Communicating with and advising existing users of varying skills and ability
  • Gathering requirements for, designing and testing new releases of the software
  • Providing consultancy and analysis to existing users on performance and productivity improvement through automation
  • Making presentations to colleagues and customers
You will be given early responsibility for discrete projects and will receive quarterly feedback.


Specific skills required

The successful candidates will:

  • be client focused with an ability to build relationships and get on with users
  • be fluent and conversational in English
  • be logical, well organised and practical
  • be confident and eager to take responsibility
  • be computer literate (e.g. Word, Outlook, Excel) and able to pick up new concepts
  • be able to pick up new concepts
  • have good A Levels and ideally be recent graduates within the last 3 years in a science/maths or engineering discipline
  • have an ability to work in teams and learn quickly
