The Position

As a Technical Web Analyst at Acturis you will develop your technology and business skills:

  • Gathering client requirements and turning these into detailed and accurate specifications
  • Solving demanding and interesting technical problems using a structured and logical approach
  • Designing and implementing new software solutions
  • Working in partnership with external parties
  • Making presentations to colleagues and customers
  • Advising on best practises for usability and web design
  • Designing html templates and liaising with developers to implement these
  • Advanced CSS knowledge and cross-browser techniques
You will be given early responsibility for discrete projects and will receive quarterly feedback.


Candidate profile

The successful candidate will have:

  • Aptitude for applying technology and structured problem solving
  • At least a 2.1 in a technical subject – Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Maths - and good A Levels
  • A track record of delivering on projects and an ability to carry tasks through to completion
  • An ability to work in teams and learn quickly
  • Expert knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • A knowledge of JQuery and JavaScript would be beneficial
  • A keen interest in latest web trends and web technologies
