With effect from 13th December 2004, all Acturis users received the final instalment of the FSA required system functionality free of charge.
Release 4.0 of the Acturis Broker Platform was rolled out to all its 1500 users and was 100% operational a month in advance of the FSA deadline.
Key features of the final FSA release include:
Updated complaints module and reporting
Revised workflow management tools to enable brokers to monitor critical deadlines in service delivery
Inclusion of an integrated SODAN process within the system
Ability to distinguish between retail/commercial and advised/non-advised product sales as well as agent/non-agent insurer accounts
Accounting and reporting tools to allow brokers to drawdown commission when it is earned and also to distinguish between client and insurer monies
