Acturis plans updates

Acturis has planned updates to its system for the month of January, which will aim to make it more attractive for insurers and managing general agents in addition to its traditional broker client base.

New features include business-to-business web trading, net rating, section-level co-insurance, a target premium calculator and client direct premium finance when requested by the sub-broker.

Ben Wilks, Acturis' insurance development manager, said that the updates were part of the company's plans to continue to develop its underwriting channel.
