Acturis has launched a broker trading platform, a core ASP back-office system, to cut cost out of commercial lines business. The solution consists of four components alongside the main platform, including Acturis Innovator - a mechanism to quickly create new products and services for brokers. Acturis Connected Environment is an online solution which facilitates the passing of data and the exchange of structured risk information between brokers and insurers electronically. Connection to industry facilities like Polaris is also contained in this component. Acturis Information Provider is an advanced management information system, providing all partners with critical business information. Acturis Task Manager is a task management system, supporting various work processes within a brokerage.
