Highway launches motor products on Acturis

Broker only motor insurer Highway has launched its Choice Private Car and Choice Commercial Vehicle products on the Acturis full cycle EDI trading platform.

Highway's underwriting director, David Murray said: "This move is part of our wider development strategy aimed at giving more brokers easy access to our improved range of motor products".

Highway Choice Private Car includes cover for Japanese imports, modified vehicles and small commercial vehicles used for social, domestic and pleasure. Benefits include new car replacement cover, stolen key cover, provision of a courtesy vehicle in the event of an accident and up to 90 days European travel cover.

Highway Choice Commercial Vehicle covers vans up to 3.5t including tipping and refrigerated vehicles. The product offers cover for drivers aged from 19 to 65, company rated risks and any driver risks. Benefits include new van replacement, personal accident and personal effects cover, replacement locks and courtesy vehicle cover.
