Leading Software as a Service provider Acturis, has today announced the launch of a nationwide account managements team with the appointment of two new account managers to increase external customer interaction and support continued growth of the Acturis user community.
Covering the North of the UK, Ros Byrne joins from Broker Network where she was Customer Services system support manager, bringing 15 years of experience in the broker market.
Ros comments: “I am delighted to be joining Acturis. Having dealt with a number of software providers over the years I was particularly attracted to the role at Acturis by its ethos of delivering on its promises – something that that Acturis has proudly maintained since its inception.”
In the South Matt Felvus has been appointed as the Account Manager, coming to the position from an internal customer support role at Acturis where he has worked for three years.
“Acturis is a very stimulating and rewarding place to work,” says Matt. He continues: “I’m delighted to have been given the chance to develop my career further within the business. The new role will also give me an opportunity to spend more time with our brokers on a face to face basis to ensure they are getting the maximum benefit from the Acturis system.”
