Important guidance for job applicants
We are aware that there is an increasing number of scammers impersonating recruitment sites of companies in order to illicit personal information from candidates that can be used maliciously and for fraudulent purposes. We strongly advise all applicants to check that they are engaging with us through an official channel. Some key points to help identify a possible scam;
- All correspondence will always come from an Acturis.com email address or from our applicant tracking system, Recruitee. We do not use gmail, outlook or any other email service.
- We will never ask you for your passport, driving licence or other identification to be submitted electronically to us.
- We do not require proof of address to be provided electronically
- We will never ask you for any form of payment details to be submitted as part of the recruitment process, nor will we ask you to purchase any equipment or sign up to anything that requires submission of payment information as a part of the process.
