Three new brokers join the Acturis community

Acturis, the leading Software as a Service provider to the general insurance industry, celebrates new partnerships with Howard Insurance Services Ltd, JRT Insurance Brokers Ltd and R McGee Insurance Broker Ltd, three ambitious independent insurance brokers championing personalised customer service.

This announcement follows Acturis breaking through the 20,000 user milestone, with these new additions continuing the strong broker growth trajectory.

The three brokers are now live on the Acturis system, with Acturis replacing Open GI as the core system.

With a mix of commercial and personal lines, these brokers moved to the Acturis SaaS platform to benefit from the high levels of support, stability and consistency, allowing them to service their customers at a high standard.

Jeff McCracken, Sales & Marketing Director at Acturis, said:

“We are truly delighted Howard, JRT and R McGee have joined the Acturis community.

Our continued wins back up our relentless investment and innovation, allowing us to continue providing unparalleled stability and reliability in the market.

Our new partners will now take advantage of the largest panel of e-trade products, as well as the Acturis native mobile app, adding unique value to the way they service their customers.”

Jon Griggs, Director at Howard Insurance, commented:

“Our move to Acturis is expected to transform our business operations whilst supporting our steady business growth.

We are impressed by the accelerated implementation and smooth delivery of the project, which minimised business interruption allowing us to enjoy the benefits of the Acturis platform quickly.

The wide range of e-trade products enables our team to work more efficiently than ever. Also, thanks to the remote access to the system and the Acturis mobile app, our team can now handle customer requests from anywhere—something we weren’t able to do before.”

Justin Thornhill, Director at JRT Insurance, commented:

“Our key driver for moving to Acturis was the fully integrated risk capture, documentation and the consistency this will provide across the company and in our communications with customers.

We are highly satisfied with the seamless project delivery process, continuous support and impressive capabilities of the platform. Our team have already benefited from the flexibility of the remote access to the system via tablet allowing us to service customers on the go.”

Andrew McGee, Director at R McGee, said:

“Since go live our efficiency has already increased significantly.

We were eager to find a technology solution without the frustrations of re-keying data, and Acturis’ efficient re-use of data and e-trade capability minimise duplication.

We are pleased to be finally taking advantage of the benefits of Acturis from both a commercial and personal lines perspective.”
