The Wales-based broker, with hubs across three locations, has successfully migrated its commercial business to Acturis, following a seamless remote implementation during the coronavirus lockdown. The company has chosen Acturis as their digital partner to benefit from the advanced back office processes and unparalleled access to markets, especially via e-trade.

The broker also aims to boost customer focus by leveraging Acturis Mobile —the mobile app that facilitates remote access to the system, thus allowing for quick responses to customer requests— and the self-service document portal.
