Acturis continues to grow in 2022

Acturis Group (consolidated under ultimate parent Topinsure Limited), the leading Software-as-a-Service provider to the insurance industry, has announced another year of good financial results in 2022. Results for the financial year ended 30 September 2022 show revenues of £121.3m, an increase of £9m over the previous year.

We are delighted to report another period of sustained growth in the year to September 2022 and our highest ever revenues for the Group.

Despite the ongoing economic impact from increasing interest rates and high levels of inflation, the Group continued to perform well, reflecting strong demand for our products and services across all geographies and the robustness of our SaaS business model.

David McDonald, Co-CEO at Acturis

David McDonald added: “Our investment in our platforms and technologies increased year on year to £17.5m in 2022. This enabled us to maintain our leadership in electronic trading, extend our support for mobile services, expand our range of AI and data services, improve UX experiences for customers and support our clients in the transition to digital insurance.”

Encouragingly, across all our businesses, our continued growth against a difficult economic backdrop was again supported by the addition of many new clients – some starting from scratch and others moving from competitor offerings. The Group is present and continues to grow well in all 6 countries, i.e. UK, Germany, Scandinavia, Ireland, Canada and France.  This is a time of significant change in the General Insurance market and we are well placed to help our clients navigate the path to becoming highly efficient, digitally enabled organisations, well equipped to take full advantage of technological, data and AI advances.
