Acturis Continues Strong Growth in 2023

Acturis Group (consolidated under ultimate parent Topinsure Limited), the leading Software-as-a-Service provider to the insurance industry, has announced another year of improved financial results in 2023. Results for the financial year ended 30 September 2023 show revenues of £144.1m, an increase of £23m over the previous year.

We are delighted to report yet another period of strong growth in the year to September 2023 and our highest ever revenues for the Group.

Against a tough economic backdrop, the Group continued to perform well, with continuing strong demand for our products and services across all existing and new geographies, confirming the robustness of our SaaS business model.

David McDonald added: “Our re-investment in our platforms and technologies increased to £19.3m in 2023. This continual reinvestment enables us to maintain innovation, deepen our leadership in electronic trading including self-build and maintenance of electronically traded products, expand our range of AI and data services, and continue to support our clients with their digital transformation.”

The Acturis Group continues to go from strength to strength, with growth across all of our group companies and territories. We continue to win clients from across the markets in which we trade, with a mix of new entrants and start-ups and wins from competitor platforms. Our continual investment and innovation strategy finds us well placed to meet the challenges faced by the markets, allowing our customers to facilitate improved service and efficiency for their customers as well as taking advantage of our industry leading services in automation and AI.
