Bing’s Acturis journey

I joined Acturis as a C# User Interface developer in November 2016. In the beginning, I had zero C# experience, but the training courses and projects have given me a good route to build up my skills.

I also appreciate how friendly and motivating all teammates have been. You can always ask questions and everyone is willing to help.

As a developer, I’m free to choose my career path while progressing in the team, either towards technical or management, or even both of them. I’ve had opportunities to join different projects and find my real interest. With the regular feedback sessions, I’m able to stay conscious about what and how I’m doing. This helps point me to the right direction.

The company can provide visa sponsorship for international graduates. The HR team was helpful during the whole application process, so there is no need to worry about admin stuff.
