Getting you live is only the start. Adapting to the system and making the most of it is just as important as the implementation. So once you are up and running, we will provide you with an account manager who will be on hand to support you with any questions you have about the system.
After a handover meeting with your project manager, they will become your regular point of contact, providing you with stats about the performance of your system and products, working with you on any tweaks or changes required and exploring options for the future.
